Went in and had lunch one day. All the tables were dirty. Dirty plates everywhere. The only person working couldn't serve beer because they were not 21.

The food here is always good. We really like the 6 oz sirloin. It is always cooked perfectly, comes with 2 sides and the price is amazing! You can even get liver and onions (if you like that). I also like the steamed broccoli. It is hard to find healthier sides, but E's has them.
